- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: Start by contacting our customer care team (see template below).
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. See section 4 for details.
- Exchanges: We happily exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🛑 Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Compression Socks: Due to their intimate nature and health application.
- Footbeds (if sold separately): For hygiene reasons.
All other items in our menu—including Sneakers, Slides, Mary Janes, and Wedge & Heel styles—are covered by our standard policy.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Email our dedicated support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your package. Use the template below to ensure we get all the info we need to help you quickly.
2 Receive Instructions & Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days (matching our swift order processing time), we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions, including the return address to our facility in Albuquerque.
3 Ship Your Item Back
Securely pack the item(s) in their original box, if possible, and place that inside a shipping box. Include a copy of your original packing slip or the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, DHL, or FedEx) and retaining your proof of postage.

4 Our Inspection & Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval:
- For Refunds: We will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your new item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds with the same priority we give to crafting our Easy Clean and Slip-On styles—efficiently and thoughtfully.
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days after we approve your return for the refund to be fully processed and appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your card statement.
- PayPal: Refunds will be sent back to your PayPal account.
- Deductions: The original shipping fee (e.g., the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
Exchange-Only Items & Final Sale
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund but may be exchanged for store credit if defective. Please refer to the product description at the time of purchase for any special conditions.
