  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We happily exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Compression Socks: Due to their intimate nature and health application.
  • Footbeds (if sold separately): For hygiene reasons.

All other items—including Sneakers, Slides, Mary Jane, Womens Boots, Clogs, and all other styles listed in our menu—are covered by our standard return policy.
